Preventative Care
At West Michigan Family Medicine, our physicians specialize in preventative care services for the whole family. Our preventative care includes routine check-ups, blood tests, immunizations, travel vaccinations, high blood pressure screening, blood sugar screening, breast cancer screening, and sexually transmitted diseases. In addition, we provide education on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices to prevent diseases.
Mental Health Care
At West Michigan Family Medicine, we care about you as our patient. With this in mind, we are here to assist with the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, sleep issues, grief, and stress management. In addition, we can assist with primary evaluations for eating and addiction disorders with referrals to specialists and therapy as required.
Sports Medicine
We provide diagnosing and treatment for sports-related injuries, along with pre-participation exams. For patients that require advanced coordination of healthcare needs, we are proud to partner with area specialists and referrals as required.
